1. Purpose of This Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Bek Apps, LLC (“Bek Apps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit https://bekapps.com, any sub-domain, mobile app, or SaaS interface we operate (collectively, the “Services”). • Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (“PECR”), and similar laws, strictly-necessary cookies may be used without consent; all others require your prior, granular opt-in.
• On your first visit we display a Cookie Banner powered by an IAB TCF v2.2-compliant Consent Management Platform (“CMP”).
• The CMP records your choices for 13 months, after which we prompt again. You may change or withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer.

Our systems currently honour Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signals where legally required. We treat GPC as an opt-out of Analytics and Advertising cookies for California residents under the CCPA. “Do Not Track” browser signals are not universally standardised and therefore are not acted upon.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect legal, technical, or business developments. A new “Last updated” date will appear, and where the changes are material we will (i) display a prominent notice and (ii) prompt you again for consent.
